Location: Downtown Vancouver
Duration of employment: Temporary full-time position (1-year contract)
Starting Day: End of January, 2020
Work hours: 9:00am to 5:00 pm
Compensation: $2,400/mo.
Benefits: Group insurance and MSP covered by company after completion of 3-month probation period.

Main Job duties:
– Issue purchase orders, invoices, loading instructions, shipping instructions and bill of landings
– Assist with accounting monthly routine tasks
– General administrative and office duties as required

Minimum Requirements:
– Fluent in English and Japanese both spoken and written (business level)
– Export documentation experience or knowledge preferred
– Computer literate and proficient in MS-Office (Word and Excel)
– A team player who possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
– Flexibility to process wide range of office tasks
– College diploma or higher education
